Kings BBQ began with Ryan King’s unwavering dedication to perfecting the craft of barbecue. Growing up surrounded by the rich flavors and techniques of Southern BBQ, Ryan developed a deep appreciation for the low-and-slow method that defines truly exceptional barbecue. Over the years, he honed his skills, competing in BBQ competitions across the Southeast United States, where Kings BBQ quickly gained a reputation for its unbeatable flavor and tender, juicy meats.
Kings BBQ has multiple Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion. Kings BBQ is an active member of the KCBS and FBA. Our products have been scoring high in multiple KCBS and FBA competitions. Try them out for yourself!

Were excited to start serving lunches from our state-of-the-art bbq trailer starting November 5th. We will be open Tuesdays through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Kings BBQ is a mobile caterer, competition BBQ regular, and Northeast Florida’s go-to BBQ food trailer. We also sell our rubs & sauces online!
King’s BBQ will be closed for lunch service Tuesday the 21st through Thursday the 23rd as I have the honor of cooking for Senator Jay Collins at a special event.
