Held in Liberty Park, this legendary four-day event brings together over 150 elite teams from more than 25 states and multiple countries, all competing for their share of a nearly $190,000 prize purse and the ultimate title: World Champion of BBQ. Known as the “Super Bowl of Swine,” this contest is where the world’s top pitmasters test their craft on the biggest stage in barbecue.
